A Range of Applications
MyoActivation can treat a variety of chronic pain conditions, including those affecting the connective tissues, nerves, and muscles.
All myoActivation treatments begin with a comprehensive medical history and physical examination to understand the source of a patient’s pain and discomfort. This information is used to create a customized treatment plan to suit your needs. Most patients receive several treatments across multiple injection sites. Sometimes, the areas treated are distant from where you feel the pain.
We recommend that patients do not overexert themselves for approximately five days following a myoActivation treatment and that they regularly change their sitting or lying position. This helps encourage blood flow to the areas treated, ensuring that the treatment can have a long-lasting impact.
Trigger points are areas in the body’s myofascia that are prone to developing pain over time. These often take the form of ‘knots,’ which can evolve into chronic pain in they persist. MyoActivation helps revitalize these trigger points, supporting the body’s natural healing process, which provides long-lasting relief from pain.
